RIDER PREPARATION
Check your tyre air pressure- a comfortable ride will traditionally be around 100psi
Check brakes and cables
Make sure there are no strange rattling sounds on your bike
Make sure your quick release hubs are tight
Make sure you have the following for your ride: spare tube, pump, tyre levers, Multi tool
Have mobile phone and Identification (put these is a airtight bag in case it rains)
Bring some cash for drinks, or emergency, or coffee after your ride)
Bring your own water bottles
RIDER INFORMATION
All riders are to be at Magpies Sporting Club at 6am for a 6:30am Start on event day
The rider briefing will be at 6:15am, all riders need to attend
Riders Packs can be picked up at Corry Cycles from Thursday 26 April
A free riders jersey is supplied to all riders who register before 23 March
There will be a food & water station on the corner of Habana Road & Mdina Dr
to assist riders for the 40KM, 65KM, & 100KM. Fruit cake, Banana's & water will be supplied at the food station Mdina Rd
