RIDER PREPARATION

  • Check your tyre air pressure- a comfortable ride will traditionally be around 100psi
  • Check brakes and cables
  • Make sure there are no strange rattling sounds on your bike
  • Make sure your quick release hubs are tight
  • Make sure you have the following for your ride: spare tube, pump, tyre levers, Multi tool
  • Have mobile phone and Identification (put these is a airtight bag in case it rains)
  • Bring some cash for drinks, or emergency, or coffee after your ride)
  • Bring your own water bottles
  • RIDER INFORMATION

  • All riders are to be at Magpies Sporting Club at 6am for a 6:30am Start on event day
  • The rider briefing will be at 6:15am, all riders need to attend
  • Riders Packs can be picked up at Corry Cycles from Thursday 26 April
  • A free riders jersey is supplied to all riders who register before 23 March
  • There will be a food & water station on the corner of Habana Road & Mdina Dr
  • to assist riders for the 40KM, 65KM, & 100KM. Fruit cake, Banana's & water will be supplied at the food station Mdina Rd
